Dal Colle history has long-standing roots when Mr. Egidio Dal Colle founded the company in 1896. He was the one who started using a special ingredient which will become in the following years a big success: the SOURDOUGH. In 1925 he achieved a gold medal in Milan with the title of “Wizard of sourdough” and he was considered the Master Confectioner. Nowadays the fourth generation, Beatrice and Alvise Dal Colle, is taking forward with determination, passion and pride the founder’s tradition. Dal Colle has become one of the most dynamic player in the market of baked sweet products and with its eight production lines guarantees a high productive flexibility in order to satisfy all clients’ needs.
