Dal Colle history dates back to 1896, when Mr. Egidio Dal Colle founded the company. He was the first user of a special ingredient, which would become very successful in the following years: sourdough. Nowadays Beatrice and Alvise (Dal Colle 4th generation) are proudly taking forward the founder’s business, with passion and determination. Dal Colle is one of the most dynamic
players on the oven-baked confectionary market. Its 8 production lines guarantee an high productive flexibility, in order to satisfy all the needs of its
